What we add to the existing services:
1. Anti Spam VIP Service
Regular update of the spam filter signature database for DEFENDOs under maintenance
2. Enduser Training for very ambitioned Customers
Once in a year each reseller can send an enduser of his own choice to a technical training in Augsburg
This is ment for the very well educated enduser who asks for more details than the reseller can tell him.
Those training events will be announced 2 month in advance
